1. How to buy

Browse or search for your favorite items, add them to cart then go to checkout. You can either purchase items as a guest customer or registered member if you’ve signed up on InTeching. We strongly suggest you register to place an order so you can keep your shipping information and order records. In addition, you’ll receive special promotion heads-up in future days.

2. Payment method

We accept PayPal as well as credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express  and those supported by PayPal. Please be advised that if you prefer paying with credit cards, just check out as a guest via PayPal. Your purchases will be covered by PayPal safely. If you have a PayPal account, simply login and pay at final payment page.

3. Shipping & Delivery

So far, we ship orders to specific countries only. Once receiving cleared payment, we’ll process your orders as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days accordingly, provided a tracking number.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is not regarded as the promised delivery time for any order.

4. Return policies

We accept returns or exchanges for unused or unopened items within 30 days of delivery date.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your return or exchange request will be fulfilled accordingly as following situations.

(1) Damaged or defective items upon delivery: Return for refund or exchange, all extra shipping fees on us.

(2) Wrong item received: Return for refund or exchange, all extra shipping fees on us.

(3) Items you don’t like or need: Return for refund, original and return shipping fees on buyer, 10% restocking fee of item’s price will be charged.

Please contact us as soon as possible if something wrong with your order. You may need to take pictures or videos of damaged or defective items if necessary.

5. Review & Feedback

Only logged in customers who have purchased a product may leave a review. You’re encouraged to post an objective review for an item to let us know how you like it. It also helps others make a better purchase decision.
